emmanuel's STORY:

Shortly after Emmanuel’s mother died, his father abandoned him. He moved in with his grandmother but unfortunately she was very old and soon died. Emmanuel then lived with his aunt for a short time but she was unable to help him because she already took care of ten other children with little funds to support them. In order to survive, Emmanuel moved to the streets in search of food.

Emmanuel lived for four years on the street before coming to Saving Grace in 2017. He is a transformed little boy in mind and body, and is so thankful to no longer live the street life. Emmanuel is always smiling, giggling, laughing and telling jokes. He looks up to Daniel Ogwal and Ivan Ongul as if they are his older brothers. Emmanuel is full of joy and already helping out with tasks at the village. Although he school was very new to him, after a few months he was already performing at the top of his class. His favorite subject is math.
